Reservation and Planning

You should make a reservation at least 2-3 months before the shooting date, especially for special events such as weddings and engagements. For shorter shoots such as portraits or product shoots, it would be beneficial to contact us at least 1-2 weeks in advance
We usually have a preliminary meeting before the shoot to understand your wishes and expectations. This meeting discusses the shooting location, concept, clothes, and other details.
We offer different location options depending on the shooting concept and customer preferences. We can evaluate suitable locations for indoor or outdoor shooting together.

Shooting Process

It is essential to wear comfortable clothes that you feel good in on the shoot day. Also, being rested and energetic before the shoot will reflect positively on the photos.
We will guide you on posing during the shoot. We will try our best to help you achieve comfortable and natural poses.
If the weather conditions are bad, we may postpone the shoot or shoot indoors. We try to offer flexible solutions in this regard.

Photo Delivery and Editing

Photo delivery time varies depending on the type of shooting and the intensity. We usually deliver pictures within 1-3 weeks after shooting.

We make basic photo edits, such as color correction, lighting adjustments, and skin retouching. We can also make more detailed edits upon request.

We usually deliver pictures in high-resolution JPEG format. We can also deliver in other formats upon request
We select the best photos from all the photos taken during the shoot, edit them, and deliver them. We will not deliver repetitive or technically inadequate images.

Copyrights and Usage Permissions

The copyrights of the photos taken usually belong to the photographer. However, detailed information regarding usage permissions for commercial use or exceptional cases is provided in the contract. Customers can generally use the photos for personal use. However, permission is required for commercial use. LifeinSmile attaches great importance to personal information and privacy. Therefore, your images are never shared with 3rd parties for processing.

You can share photos on your social media accounts. However, you must not remove the photographer's name or logo and must not use them for commercial purposes.

Equipment and Technology

For professional shooting, we use high-quality DSLR or mirrorless cameras, various lenses, flashes, and other lighting equipment. We can also use different equipment according to the shooting location and concept.

We use industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for photo editing and retouching. purposes.
